HQ4 SOFTBALL is dedicated to fastpitch softball training, fast pitch
softball instruction, coaching youth softball and helping your girls
softball league and your fastpitch softball players learn and improve.
Our goal at HQ4 softball is to teach better fastpitch softball
fundamentals and help youth coaches learn to teach better girls
softball. Through our girls fastpitch softball training DVDs, individual
instruction, small group lessons, softball camps, softball clinics, team
practices, coaches clinics and coach training program we can help your
player, rec team, travel team, tournament team and softball league
improve and have more fun and success playing the great game of

Softball
Winter Training Program for Ages 12 and Under
HQ4Softball is offering a softball
winter training program open to all players ages 5 to 12. The program is
designed for REC players, and its’ goal is to develop the fundamental
softball skills needed to have fun and success playing softball. The program
consists of ten sessions, one per week. Each session will last 55 minutes,
with half the time focused on offensive skills (hitting) and the other half
focused on defensive skills (throwing and fielding). The program will focus
on teaching the fundamentals, including proper throwing mechanics, infield
and outfield techniques, and proper hitting fundamentals.
The timing is designed to help your
player improve her skills over the winter, ending in February when it is
time for spring tryouts or evaluations. The program will be on Thursday
evenings, with groups broken down by age group.

Softball Winter Training for High School & Middle School Players
HQ4Softball is offering a unique
opportunity for a limited number of high school and middle school softball
players to train over the winter with top area coaches. Our coaches will
help you get ready to play school ball next spring, or to make whatever team
you plan to tryout for. You will receive top level instruction on the
fundamentals, as well as position specific training.
The program consists of eight training
sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The program will be on Wednesday
evenings, with middle school players from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and high
school players from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
The dates of the Wednesday sessions are:
12/3/08, 12/10/08, 12/17/08, 1/7/09, 1/14/09, 1/21/09, 1/28/09, 2/4/09.
Each group will be limited to 12
players. Players will be accepted first-come, first-served with paid
registration.
Cost: $195 per player
